MSP430FR5964: fail to set 0x6000-0x8000 for data for data storage

My customer is using MSP430FR5964 in their design. When they are trying to set 0x6000-0x8000 for data storage, they find data can't be write into. Can you help to check this? below is the config code for your reference.

Could you use the MPU seeting tool in CCS Project Properties as below. This need not MPU registers operation your code.
