Hello, we do not use LCD panel on our MSP430F4270 board.
How is pin LCDREF/R13 disposal?
I could not find it out on the MSP430F4xxx UG: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slau056l/slau056l.pdf
My understanding is that LCDREF/R13 should be connected to GND(VSS).
Am I right?

Hi,
Yes you can. See the function of LCDREF/R13, REXT will control whether the input voltage is from external or internal side. REXT is reset to 0. So the voltage on LCDREF/R13 will not affect the MCU.
