Hello sir, i have to select microcontroller for portable battery power medical deivece.for that  i m looking for  a microcontroller with 16 bit SAR ADC with 1 MSPS and built in BLE Hardware. SO, please suggest me.

is there any MSP microcontroller comes with built in BLE Hardware?

    There is no direct match for what you are attempting to do. The MSP432 is a 14-bit SAR ADC which provides 13.2 bit ENOB and is better than some 16-bit converters. There is no MSP with a radio integrated, an exception would be the CC430 but this is SUB-1Ghz.

    Please look into this TI Design based upon the CC2640 and ADS8885. www.ti.com/.../tida-01012
    The ADS8885 could be replaced with the ADS8860.
