MSP430G2230: Does TI offer MCUs that are pre-programmed for mass production?

Part Number: MSP430G2230

I've been having a hard time getting into contact with someone who can give an answer. My company is looking into using a MSP430 MCU and want to have it pre-programmed prior to shipping to the PCBA manufacturer. If not, are there TI MSP430 distributors that offer this service?
