BTW, you could take the chapter 7 Applications, Implementation, and Layout of the device datasheet for common guides about the hardware design.

Dear Wei.Jetim Zhao,

Thank you for your response.I just routed some signal lines through under the thermal pad and thermal vias ,is that ok.

Hi,

That should be the common guideline of layout, which is not specific for MSP430. But where are the signal lines you mentioned on the screen shot you are showing? I would like to give you a quick checking if you could tell me detailed information.
