MSP430F2370: custom board with TRF7970A

Hi,

I'm planning for a custom NFC reader board using MSP430F2370 and TRF7970A. I have a few questions

1. Is example code available for MSP430F2370 to develop NFC reader with TRF7970A ? If so where can I find it ?

2. I also have a LIN transceiver(TJA1020) in my custom board and will be using same MSP430F2370 to develop Lin slave application. Does MSP430F2370 support connection to both TRF7970A and Lin transceiver(TJA1020) ? For TRF7970A a SPI port is needed and for LIN transceiver UART is needed.

3. Does MSP430F2370 has an example code for LIN protocol ? If so where can I find it ?

4. Does MSP430F2370 has enough memory to handle NFC reader and LIN protocol app ? If not which micro do you recommend ?

We do have an application note with TRF7960A not the TRF7970, but I think that is similar. www.ti.com/.../sloa167.pdf
1. The example code for TRF7960A in msp430f2370 at here www.ti.com/.../getliterature.tsp
2.Yes the MSP430F2370 support that it have UCA0 for UART(support LIN)and UCB0 for SPI
3. That seems there is no example codes for the LIN protocol now. But you can refer to the user's guide chapter 15.3.4 www.ti.com/.../slau144j.pdf
You can send me more details about this project to see if we need to develop example code for this.(My email garygao@ti.com)
4. Due to the LIN protocol should be easy to be realized and will not cost much memory, so I think the device will be fine.

I have found an example of MSP430F2370 with TRF7970A at www.ti.com/.../TIDM-NFC-READER

Is the above example correct ? Can I take it as a reference for my custom board ?

And I think there should be an example for LIN master and LIN Slave so that it will be helpful in developing custom applications.
