How to calculate the final dTOF and convert it to flow rate when considering the phase shift introduced by amplifer?

Refer to sboa309.pdf,

opa838 or opa836 is chosen for the reason a much higher GBW  than the signal frequency minimizes the phase shift introduced.

Then the output is sent to the internal PGA of MSP430FR604x. Will the phase shift change when setting different gains of the PGA?sboa309.pdf
