MSP430FR5994: Possible mistake in datasheet

Could you help with our customer's question:
MSP430FR5994ZVW (BGA87) has different pinouts in datasheet and CAD/CAE files.
Which one is right?

Thank you for pointing this discrepancy out to us. I presume that the correct pinout will be on the datasheet itself but please allow me some time to find this out for sure.
