dear sir,
we are using msp430FR5959 controller in our application. And it already consume 63048 FRAM so it almost over. so is there any other controller(FRAM should be > 64k) with pin to pin compatible in hardware as well minimum changes in software .
we used (DA package in TSSOP type). mainly we don't want to change hardware PCB.
please suggest us.
