Is there any other example of single bus operation? I configured the bus operation could not get a valid low level return signal

82 lines have not been able to get a low level return signal, I don't know where the configuration is wrong.

Is there an external signal trying to drive the pin low? You might also want to enable a pull-down when transitioning to an input.

P5->REN |= BIT0;

P5->OUT &= ~BIT0;

P5->DIR &= ~BIT0;

I saw the feedback waveform with the oscilloscope, but I have a problem with the output part, and the sensor data can be detected.

What is the sequence of the communication? Are you doing a repeated start to read data from the sensor?
