MSP Flasher compatibility

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH

Can someone confirm that the command line MSP Flasher software supports the newer MSP parts, such as F5xx, F6xx, FR?  Or maybe I should ask which parts it does not support, if any.

  • Hello George,

Yes. the command line MSP flasher software supports the newer MSP parts too.

Please also consider using UniFlash v4

    • UniFlash v4 is a standalone tool used to program on-chip Flash memory on various TI Microcontrollers (MCUs). UniFlash v4 has GUI, command line, and scripting interfaces. You can use the standalone desktop version or the cloud version.
    • UniFlash v4 provides a GUI-based alternative to MSP Flasher. UniFlash v4 features a command line interface with an MSP Flasher compatibility mode. Learn more on the wiki.

    Thanks,

    Yiding
