MSP432E401Y: Using both Ethernet and USB

Hi,

I am currently starting the design of a board using MSP432E401Y and we want to use both Ethernet and USB.

As far as I understand the clock tree of the MSP432 I think it is not possible with the following constraints extracted from the datasheet:

With (3) and (4) Fvco shall be 240MHz or less so.

With a Fvco lower than 240MHz there is no common multiple between 25 and 60MHz.

Can you confirm I am right?

Or did I made a mistake reading the datasheet and went in some kind of over constraints.

This unfortunately has not been fixed. Please see the following.

Please feel free to respond if you have additional questions, but you can use ethernet and usb though the frequency selection is limited.

Thanks for your answer.

I have reconsidered the thing and found a combination of parameters that makes functional USB and Ethernet.

May I suggest TI adding a detailed synoptic of the PLL to help understand how it works.
