As we are looking into the possibility of using MSP430F67641A AND SIMILAR THREE PHASE &SINGLE PHASE DEVICES IN OUR PROJECT, can we know if we can get some application support on these devices during the course of our development.

My questions were specific on:

#1.The software for the "COMPUTE ENGINE FOR V rms,I rms,Real Power&Energy."

#2.Calibration procedure,AND WHY rEAL POWER NEEDS CALIBRATION AFTER WE CALIBRATE Vrms,Irms,Phase angle correction.

#3.Circuit diagram&softqware for Three phase Two wire,system for Delta Loads.

Hello,

Did you read the Class 0.5 Three-Phase Energy Measurement System Design Guide? In the design guide, there are e formulas used for the voltage, current, energy, and temperature calculations shown in below.

And these formulas are implemented in the software TIDM-3PH-ENERGY5-ESD Software.

For the calibration procedure, please refer to section 7.3.2 in above design guide.

Because the power is computed by above formula (4), not Vrms*Irms. You need calibrate the power.

The hardware also can be found in the reference design page.

Connect your board with PC by UART interface. The GUI will communication with your board by UART. Recommend using Energy Measurement Design Center for MSP430 MCUs. It can generate code Drag and drop an MCU, voltage sensors, and current sensors into the GUI workspace.
