MSP432E401Y: Unable to Communicate via USB using Analog EVM Controller Firmware

Hello,

We have an EVM with an MSP432E401Y with the Analog EVM Controller firmware on it. We can use GUI Composer to talk to it but if we leave it plugged in over night, it stops communicating with the PC at some point and we get a "controller is not responding" error message in the GUI Composer.

I'm looking for any suggestions on if this is a known issue or if there are any signals I should be monitoring to see why the MSP432E401Y stops communicating with the PC.
