My customer is using MSP430F5528IRGCT.
After the existing ICs were opened, they were not consumed within the time limit and needed to be baked.
He checked the JEDEC standard and found the following Temperature Carriers.
So what is the MSP430 belong to, High Temperature Carriers or Low Temperature Carriers?
What is the carrier temperature that can withstand the baking temperature?
