1.hardware: BOOSTXL-DRV8323Rx BoosterPack™ + MSP430F5529 XL LaunchPad development kit

2.Software: DRV8323_MSP430F5529_Trapezoidal_Sensored_BLDC

3. According to the above software and hardware, the motor can run normally, but when I put a load on the motor,

the motor speed decreases and cannot return to the set speed.I need to keep the speed constant while loading the motor,

How can I solve this problem?

4.If the above problems can not be solved, please recommend a trapezoidal_Sensored_BLDC scheme?

The solution consists of software and hardware.

(Voltage 30V, current 15A,Hall,trapezoidal_Sensored_BLDC)

Hello,

Do you see your power supply decreasing in voltage as the motor is loaded?

Are you reaching the current limit of the power supply?

Software: DRV8323_MSP430F5529_Trapezoidal_Sensored_BLDC,Can closed-loop speed control be realized?

In other words, which parameters need to be modified to achieve closed-loop speed control?

Even if the load speed is increased, the set speed can be quickly restored.

I have not found the speed loop PI regulator, so I can not achieve the speed closed loop with load.

1. Is there no speed loop PI regulator in this program?
2. How should I add PI regulator of speed loop?

Hello,

That EVM is open loop speed control only. You could re-write the code to include closed loop control or move to Instaspin FOC which includes closed loop control.
