Part Number: MSP432P401R
hi,
if my MSP432P401R's MCLK source is from external 48MHz Cryatal, can MSP432P401R's Vdd feeds only 1.8V?
And if i wnat to set MCLK be 48MHz and clock source from internal DCO, what the minimum Vdd be necessary?
Thank you.

Please see 5.5 Operating Mode VCC Ranges for the MSP432P401R. The limitation of the MCLK is related to the core voltage. You would need to set the core voltage to VCORE1 to run at 48Mhz MCLK with a 1.8V Vcc. (also make sure your flash wait states are set to '1')

Chris
