TI-RSLK MAX Pricing

Hi,

I see that the new TI-RSLK MAX is listed and already has some lessons posted. However, it is listed as "Coming in August" and , well, it's August so I was wondering if there is a time frame for when it will be available and what the pricing will be for the kit(s). Will it have multiple kit offerings like the original TI-RSLK?

Hi Jon,

Thanks for your interest in TI-RSLK MAX (new solderless kit). The kits will be available for purchase on ti,com store next week Aug 28th. The curriculum is already available prior to this launch on the TI store. The cost to purchase will be $109 ( we have made this solder less and also added the encoder to the robot). The TI-RSLK MAX will be one base kit with the option to purchase other components and accessories directly on ti.com.

Hi Ayesha,

I came to know about this kit yesterday thanks to the TI newsletter. I have some more questions about availability.

Will it be available also on electronic stores (such as Element14, or Digikey)? Is there a date for availability on this kind of stores? Because I am in Europe and buying from TI website is not very economical due to customs
Is there a release date for expansion kits or maybe the project for the release of a complete box with the base robot and all expansion elements?

Hi Damiano,

Thanks for your interest in the new TI-RSLK MAX kit. Currently, we don't have plans to sell the kit via other distribution channels.

The base kit that is available to purchase can be combined or expanded to add other components or boards, these will be optional purchases via TI store, to offer flexibility to the students. I would recommend to review the User guide on available in Resources on the web in . Let me know if you have any further questions.
