DICE coordinate data MSP430F2619SKGD1??

Hi everyone,

I received a question from my customer  as follows:

"Hello, I am trying to obtain the DICE coordinate data for your MSP430F2619SKGD1. Can you please let me know where to find that?"

The problem is that I have no clue what he is looking for.... can someone enlighten me please?

Cheers,

Mizzan

  • Mizzan,

DICE might be an acronym used commonly used within his company.

Ask him what he is specifically looking for and maybe what DICE stands for from his company perspective.

I have never heard of DICE coordinate data either, perhaps he means to say something else.

Could also be a typo, perhaps die rather than dice?

    Best regards and happy holidays,

  • Hi fellows,

As customer looking for DICE coordinate of the MSP430F2619SKGD1 I think that he would like to know the die pads coordinate for future bonding.  This information is possible to find into the datasheet, look pages 9-10. Datasheet you could find at the link: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/slas697b/slas697b.pdf

    best regards and happy holidays
