MSP-EXP432P401R: Order from Mouser one MSP-EXP432P401R Board out of date alarm in Keil

Hi,

I get one question during I test the first item:MSP-EXP432P401R ordered from Mouser .

which always show this material out of date and no longer support.please see attached picture .

I wonder why I still get this old part since I order at least for mostly updated new one for evaluation .

please help to get a solution/replacement if possible.Thus I may not worry order old version parts issue happened again.

Can you share the image of the board you have and the image of the marking on the MCU (MSP-EXP432P401R)?

From the image you posted, the board and MCU are correct versions.

Which tool is giving you the message that the material is out of date? Did you update it to the latest version and try?

I first set up with keil uVision5, and during download first program, post up this message.

From the post message this software just say this material is out of date. please consult with TI etc.

I have no idea to update to latest version to fix this alarm .I may try later.

I wonder Have you think try this way may fix this kind of alarm?

Hello Lin,

This might be some issue with uVision installation that is on your system.

Can you follow the steps in this Quick Start Guide under section 6 Quick Start for Keil?

Sorry too late still try your good advise,I tried in CCS for test run msp432 with DRV8886 recently .

After I upgrade the MSP432P4xx_DFP pack only in Keil pack installer , without other update installed , I try a sample code , no more material out of date alarm .

SInce I am very fresh with Keil, thanks for your good advice and solution.
