MSP430FR2433: MSP-FET not connecting for Spy-Bi-Wire (SBW) communication protocol

We have an MSP430FR2433 launchpad and an IC on a module. We are doing initial testing of SBW communication protocol on the launchpad, but can't seem to get the connections right. Our aim is to program the IC version using SBW, we are just trying to get the launchpad version to work first. I will be including the schematic that we followed as well as the error messages I received from UniFlash and CCS (V.9). I have tried this using the tool as power and using the target as power, however it doesn't seem to make a difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
