MSP430F67791A: Sag & Swell Limit settings

Part Number: MSP430F67791A

I am using TIDMTHDREADING-1.0 code for testing. In this i am setting #define MAINS_NOMINAL_VOLTAGE  to 240V but it is working with 120V only.

Can any one guide me how i can make it apply?

Thanks

Regards.

  • Hi Pallav

We will feedback you later. Thanks.

    Best regards

I'm not sure what you mean by "it is working with 120V only". What's working when 120V is applied? Please provide more details about this, so we can help.

  • Sorry for late rely.

It is working with 120V means it's default settings are with 120V as nominal voltages with 20% threshold. i.e. when voltage goes below 96V(20% less of 120V) it increments event of sag and if it continues then it will count number of cycles till that voltage continues.

Similarly with swell limit will be 144V( 20% higher of 120V). This works perfectly fine.

But as i want to set nominal voltage to 240V & 50Hz limits for sag should be 192V & for swell 288V.

I have changed values of nominal voltage to 240V from 120V still it will count as per 120V limits.

    Regards.

  • Hi Pallav,

Thanks for the additional details. Did you rebuild the projects in this order (emeter-toolkit > emeter-metrology > emeter-app) after making those changes?

    Regards,

    James
