Hello,

A customer has a question about rewriting Flash.

The MSP430F47177 data sheet includes the following.

Segment A might contain calibration data.

Will this calibration data be written and shipped?

    Hi Da,

    the F47177 and it's derivatives will not be delivered with any calibration data in info memory segment A. I double checked this currently on production silicon.

    The note in the datasheet might be a residual from devices like F2xx which come with calibration data in Info Segment A. And on 2xx we have ADC and DCO calibration data programmed (depending on the device). These data get programmed during TI production and will be delivered to the customer.

    I will take care that the datasheets get aligned.
