Thanks for the code, and please don't understand me wrong, but I would rather contact the vendor of the display / code and check what is the intention of the code.

Intention of the code is very simple there is a function which is displaying two images alternatively within 5 secs. So, for that reason I Have just asked that is it possible to write some data a particular location?   This only I want to know.

This really depends on how the vendor has implemented this functionality for the display.

I look into the code. MSP430F5529 is just used as a host MCU, the function to control the display mostly lies on EPD. I advice you to look at the user guide of EPD. You can find answer in it.

If you check the user guide it is just a joke... Please check it I didn't found my answer there and after checking please let me know. And their support team is also not disclosing any information regarding these, then why they are selling these things. Documentation of pervasive display is very poor with limited info.

We mostly focus on how to use MSP430. If it is about Communication problem, I really like to help you. But your question is about what command sent to EPD, it beyond our Scope of knowledge.
