I'm look at "Table 5-36. SD24_B Analog Input"in DS P.64 of MSP430F6726A.

Question 1:

What is minimum value of Input impedance(ZI)? (Because ZID is discription min:300kohm. )

Question 2:

Does the input impedance increase when fsd24 increases?

I'm sorry to hear more than the data sheet.

Sorry for the late reply.

Question 1: We don't test the minimum value of ZI. Why do you care for this parameter? If you want a higher ZI you can a buffer on the input for details you can refer to http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sloa098/sloa098.pdf

Question 1: the input impedance will not increase when fsd24 increases.
