I want to know the pad size of MSP430FR2155 TPT. I just found the Actual pin size but no Recommended pad size.

Please help.

Hi Susan,

LQFP48 is a standard package. We don't provide the corresponding Pad Size in the datasheet. Because Pad Size is not absolute, users can design according to the size they can accept. Or according to our parameters(Pin Size), the EDA software can also automatically give the package size.
