TIDA-01094 : How Limp Mode Works

I have 2 questions,

1. as I am understand the ti lib support limp mode detect in case Resistor, Capacitor and Diode tampering by detect DC component, am I correct? please confirm?

2.Does ti lib support limp mode detect in case of Triac light dimmer or not?

    The DC component should change when the triac is used triggering limp mode. This scenario should be supported although you may need to adjust the thresholds to enable reliable detection. I've looped in other team members who have more experience with this design for additional guidance.

  • it seem this software already implement I see define LIMP_MODE_SUPPORT in the code. So what software is implemented ? 

    Anyway your answer is the limp mode of TI can detect all case when tampering correct? (case Resistor, Capacitor Diode and triac ) by using DC component detect threshold correct?

    According to the team who owns this design, some of the modes may be shown but not fully implemented or supported.

    Unfortunately, my earlier answer was assuming this mode was supported but it doesn't sound like it is.
