With the Launchpad, I found that the TEST/SBWTCLK pin is normally low. This seems correct. However, if I use KickStart Debugger and then exit from that. TEST/SBWTCLK pin is stuck high and the reset button S1 cannot reset the target chip. This seems wrong. Does CCS do the same?
