Hi,

Suggest me a low power MCU for new NPI IoT application device.

In low power mode (Sleep Mode), continuous sensor read data should be available. The sensor interface type - SPI / I2C or ADC.

The MCU should have a features of Power On Reset, Watchdog Timer, Internal Reference. The ADC - 12 bit, SAR Type, 8 Channels.

Package should be LQFP - 80 Pins or Less

Hi,

Suggest me a Low Power MCU of series MSP430F for Battery Powered IoT Device.

In low power mode, the ADC conversion, SPI, I2C communication should be available as sensors (Accelerometers, Current & Temp) are continuously read.

ADC - 12 bit, SAR,

Package Sould be LQFP - 80 Pins or less pins.
