Part Number: MSP432P401R
If have this error that I've found in three other threads:

CORTEX_M4_0: Loader: One or more sections of your program falls into a memory region that is not writable. These regions will not actually be written to the target. Check your linker configuration and/or memory map.
Which looks like my MSP432 is dead. Mainly the advice seems to be to factory reset, which I did and received the prompt to exit debug and power cycle. After doing so the above error still comes up. This happened after trying to make my dcoFrequency go to 48MHz. I haven't found a solution in any threads,
