MSP430FR6820: TLS library or middleware for secure key exchange ?

Part Number: MSP430FR6820

Team,

For an MSP430FRxxx + CC1xxx application:

It seems that for MSP432 the mbed TLS lib can be used:
https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/msp430/f/166/t/795099
I know that TLS is suppose to use TCP/IP but I am looking for something comparable for sub-1Ghz wireless without TCP/IP SW layers.
-What are the options for MSP430FRxxx for TLS 1.3 or comparable for Wireless type of network (MSP430FRxxx + Sub-1Ghz CC11xx)?
-Do we have for example third party offering this?

-Regarding the http://www.ti.com/tool/MSPBSL It seems that we have drivers for AES128 accelerator.
Do we have some collateral on how secure key exchange can be implemented?
Do we have middleware that could support secure key exchange for sub-1Ghz wireless network?

Thanks in advance,
A.
