how can i change sampling frequency in ADC12 when using pulse sample mode.

    How are you controlling the sampling frequency now?

    If you're using a timer trigger (SHS>0), adjust the timer frequency.

    If you're actually talking about the sample/hold duration (relevant to SHP), adjust the SHT0 value. [Ref User Guide (SLAU144J) Sec 23.2.4.2]
