Hi,

I am unable to connect to the MSP432 Launchpad. 

This all is going on after two instructions are being added to the program that is PJSEL1=0x00; PJSEL0 = 0x01; after getting a problem I removed both the instructions but it is still not working. I read this so have one doubt, Is this Shared JTAG pin causing a problem?

I browsed through the forums and tried the different solutions:

one of them is factory reset. which cant be performed, if I try connecting as per user guide instructions. the below-attached error occurs.

    Unobtainium,

    MSP432s are more proned to be bricked from using the device's JTAG pins, because they are muxed with other signals. The SWD pins are not, so I recommended using the XDS110 + SWD moving forward.

    The error shows that it is unable to access the DAP. For all Launchpad boards that use the XDS110 Debug Probe, a recent change on the default TCLK speed may cause this issue. Please check the section JTAG clock speed considerations at the XDS110 page.
