Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the whole Ti Ecosystem. I want to ask if the BATPAKMKII is compatible with my launchpad CC3220S-LAUNCHXL. The Ti Cloud doesn't shows any result for CC3220S but the BatpakMKII page says it's compatible with all Ti Launchpad boards. Can anyone help me regard to this problem.

    Hi Tanmoy,

    Yes, the CC3220S Launchpad and the BATPAKMKII booster pack are compatible.

    You can compare the pinouts below. The pins used by the BATPAKMKII are all available on the CC3220S Launchpad, so they are compatible.

     

    In Figure 15, the 3 pins marked with an asterisk signify that these signals are not connected by default. Instead, they must be routed to the pin by using a 0 Ω resistor in the path. However, this is not an issue in your case because these 3 pins on the BATPAKMKII are NC anyway.

    For future reference, here is a helpful tool to automatically check Launchpad and booster pack compatibility. Unfortunately, the CC3220S Launchpad is not included in the list of Launchpads, but this tool may be useful in case you have a similar question in the future:
