We are using MSP432P4011 P1.1 for Hardware invocation of BSL. We are seeing glitch in P1.1 during power on after 4ms is that expected behavior?

Hi Seong,
We observed this behavior part of our DVT so for there is no known issue but we are planning to use this pin multipurpose upcoming design so we need to understand the behavior before proceeding further. are you seeing the same behavior in your EVM?
Thanks and regards,
David G.
Hi David,
I am not seeing the same behavior on my MSP-EXP432P401 LaunchPad.
Is the oscilloscope shot that you provided from measuring a LaunchPad as well? Or your own custom board?

David,
I've also reached out to our BSL team, and I'm told that what you are observing may be related to P1.1 having a shared functionality. P1.1 can also be used for eUSCI_A0 SPI Clock signal, so the glitch could be the BSL re-configuring the pin for SPI functionality.

Seong
