TI eStore buy TMDXDOCK28346-168 Problem!

Dear Sir, We bought the TMDXDOCK28346-168 from TI eStore on 12/24/2010,the Order number is #19813.

1.We not receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number.Can you check it?

2.We maybe write wrong billing address.So,the credit card maybe can't pay.Can we change the right billing address on this order?
