MSP432E401Y: Standard SPI slave

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade the micro from MSP430F5438A to MSP432E401Y in one of our existing product.

Following SPI ports are being used in existing MSP430F5438A product-

1. Two SPI slave ports , both configured as UCCKPH=1 and UCCKPL=0.

2. One SPI master port, configured as UCCKPH=1 and UCCKPL=0.

Struggling with MSP432E401Y's TRM QSSI section but not able to clearly understand if MSP432E401Y can support above mentioned master and slave configuration ?

Shall we consider MSP432E401Y as replacement (these two SPI configuration context) ? Where can I get the corresponding code examples ?

Hi Pradeep,

Unfortunately it looks like the QSSI in the MSP432 doesn't have the same control over the Clock Direction, Phase and Polarity that the MSP430 did.
