MSP430FR6043: Transducer for vacuum

Hi,

Is MSP430FR6043 suitable for vacuum (1-10 Torr) application. Is there available information you can share?

Do you know any pressure transducer (500kHz or even higher frequency) that you can recommend?

Could you elaborate more about your application? Do you need to put the FR6043 in a vacuum environment and measure what? Thanks.

Hi Cash,

We are interested to measure gas flow rate fluctuations within a low vacuum pipe which has quite a high reactive gas flow.

The transducer could be exposed to the flow or external of the pipe. All electronics are in atmosphere.

I do not see any issues here. As long as you can excite and receive the signal correctly through your transducer.
