MSP430FR2355: Tiny RAM and Backup memory

Hello Team,

in the MSP430FR2355 datasheet, by the memory organization table is written "Tiny RAM".

This memory, with that name, is not farther mentioned in the datasheet nor the user guide.

Is it the Backup memory described in the User Guide?

    Hi SunSet,

    Tiny RAM is not the Backup memory. Not all devices have the Tiny RAM like the FR6047. If the device has the Tiny RAM, then you will see it in the Datasheet under the Memory locations.

    Thanks for the information.

    I have found the in details on the MSP430FR6047 datasheet.

    My recommendation/request would be to add the same information to the MSP430FR2355 Datasheet /User Guide.

    Otherwise the MSP430FR2355 has the memory available but there is no description of the feature/availability in the LPM.
