Part Number: MSP430F2618-EP

Hi,

We are using MSP430F2618TGQWTEP which is part of the MSP430F2618-EP family. But according to web site and PDN (20191218000.3), this part will discontinue.

What is the difference between MSP430F2618-EP and MSP430F2618?

In web site of MSP430F2618-EP (http://www.ti.com/product/MSP430F2618-EP) there is a information like below.

Replaced By MSP430F2618 – The device has the SAME FUNCTIONALITY as the compared device, but is not pin-for-pin equivalent and may not be parametrically equivalent. Designs can achieve better performance

But pinout of MSP430F2618TGQWTEP  and MSP430F2618TZQW, and footprint(S-PBGA-N113) are same according to the datasheets. 

I want to know that can i use MSP430F2618TZQW instead of MSP430F2618TGQWTEP  without any change of PCB?
