I have some questions from my customer who is evaluating the performance of EVM430-FR6043 in their new ultrasonic gas meter product. I need your help.
- In the amplifier circuit based on OPA836, how to understand the RC network (R44、R45、C35、R42、C36, same with the amplifier noninverting input RC network) for gas termination with the remark " TRY TO MATCH OPA836 INPUT IMPEDANCE "? In addition, when the input RC filter of OPA836 changed, the RC network for gas termination should change in the same?
- When using the battery for the power supply for the OPA836, the DC bias of opa836(comes from the supply) maybe decrease after the long run, which will cause the output DC level to decrease, resulting in the distortion of output AC signal. Do we have a solution to solve this problem in the battery supplied application?
- In order to achieve high accuracy, is OPA838 better for op-amp selection to replace opa836?
