MSP-GANG: MSP-GANG show ERROR 10: CRC Access key. Key corrupted. Access to programmer is blocked.

Hi TI support team,

      My customer buys new MSP-GANG , the MSP-GANG LCD display always show "Failed ! Error 10 Access Key CRC"

      We use MSP-GANG Programmer GUI connect to PC test , the GUI show "ERROR 10: CRC Access key. Key corrupted. Access to programmer is blocked."

      We have tested Gang API Firmware Update & Self test & Buttons test , All the test are passed no Error

       But can't programmer any code to MCU. always show ERROR 10: 

       How to fix the issue?
