MSP430F5510: 10LSB ADC Error

1) Vref+ voltage error is 1.99 ±1.5% even after 1.13.5.1 REF Calibration described in MSP430x5xx and MSP430x6xx Family User's Guide ?

[Eason]: From my experience, it will perform a little better, but we don't have this spec after calibration.
2) Are there any method to confirm Vref+ 2.0V voltage?

[Eason]: What you mean? you want to test the vref+2.0V voltage by yourself? Anyway, you need a external accurate reference.
3) ADC input pin ESD actual voltage value (it is defined Vcc+0.3V but what is the real actual value?)

[Eason]:  You talk about "ADC input pin ESD actual voltage value", you mean will the internal ESD will affect the voltage transmit to ADC? I can't find this in datasheet.

1) OK, I got it.
2) Yes, we want to test the Vref+2.0V voltage by ourselves.
3) We want to know the actual ESD spec for the ADC input pin.

The influence of ESD diode is included in the ADC spec, I don't think you need to consider about it.

It is unable to test it for our customer:

1. This device is not made in our site

2. Our test is based on the datasheet, we don't have the customized setup.
