    Hi Keith,

    the lowest frequency is 133kHz....

    You are talking about vacuum; I suppose it is gas with low pressure. This translates into a higher equivalent impedance ....

    lower pressure => fewer gas molecules => fewer impacts between gas molecules and membrane => higher equivalent impedance...

    ... also higher channel loss  (dB)
