Hi everyone.

I am trying to promag MSP430FR5738. I am using the MSP430 Launchpad Development Tool and interfacing with 2-wire Spy-Bi Wire as show in the schematic

But when a try to program the device, it shows that it could not find the device. I do something wrong or there is something I miss?
