MSP432P401R: Breaking down a JPEG into bytes

For my senior design project, I need to break down a .JPEG file into its respective bytes so that I can then send them over radio frequencies. Is there any way of breaking down the .JPEG into bytes with the MSP432?

I should have specified, I apologize, is there a way to get the JPEG into the MSP432? Or must it be broken down beforehand?

The answer as always, it depends.

I believe that if you are running under the debugger there is some limited stdio support.

Are you going to be tethered to a PC? If so, then write software on the PC to break the jpeg down and send it a byte at a time to the MSP432. Of course, if you are going to do that, you might as well get something like the CC1352P and cut out the middleman, since it has an M4 core *and* a TX/RX.

Another option is to put the JPEG on and SD card and use SDFat to read it.
