I am using energia's serial moniter . It was working before , once i connected a 3.3 volt external power supply using regulater it worded for a while,
After that the serial moniter started showing reversed question mark characters.
and when using the delay (1000) ;
the microcontroller waits for 4 second instead of 1 second.
