MSP430FR6007: MSP430FR6007 vs MSP430FR6047

Hi Steffen,
correct main purpose was to make changes on the ultra sonic measurement interface providing a price focused version of FR6047 with slightly relaxed parameters.
Important to address a wide range of flow metering applications:

Main difference:
- no MTIF on FR6007
– <100 ps differential time-of-flight (dTOF) accuracy vs. <25 ps on FR6047
– High-precision time measurement resolution of 20 ps vs. <5ps on FR6047
– Ability to detect low flow rates(4 to 6 liters per hour) vs. < 1 Liter per hour on FR6047
