TIRSLK-EVM: Damaged on Arrival (Capacitor broken off)

Upon arrival, I opened up the bag containing the MCU board and noticed that a capacitor and what appears to be a bracket for the power light fell out of the bag with the board. Upon further inspection, both pieces that fell out of the bag were detached from the board. Is there any process for RMA for this issue? Attached is an image of the capacitor that broke off.

    There is no RMA for this issue. If you got the board from the 3rd party, you can contact the 3rd part for replacement. If you applied the board from TI E-store, please apply for the replacement for the board with following steps: 

    Submit the EVM exchange request to the sales support line at link: http://www.ti.com/supportform

    1)      Create a “New case

    2)      Select “Other” to create case

    3)      Please key in contact information, describe your case, and provide the Sales Order number of the EVM you ordered.

    Then there will have customer support team to follow up.
