code not opening in iar

i was searching for 1 phase electricity meter, but the project available with that slaa203.zip is not opening in IAR kickstart version 5.0, it is demanding version 3 or 4 please tell me the link where i can find the software.

    The "project " is old, but IAR will offer to convert to newer format. It does not "demand" you to use older version of IAR. Read the massage on the screen before you conclude that you cannot use the newer version.

    I am not in complete agreeement with you yet. I have had no issues whatsoever using this code on a newer version of IAR. Please note the following

    1. The Projects and the code do say Ver 3 and Ver 4, but i strongly suggest opening them in the newer version. IAR will create a back-up but this will not throw any compiling errors.

    2. Are you getting compilation errors? (Contrary to 1), then maybe it is some other problem

    3. The application note does say that it should need IAR 3 or 4, but this will be updated as well.
